Aditya Nagarsheth is a qualified lawyer in India and solicitor (non practising) in England and Wales. After having worked at law firms in India, Aditya worked at Freshfields on corporate internal investigations including corruption of FSA regulated firms. He has also worked at GTZ, a German consultancy firm as a senior consultant and full time adviser to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India in New Delhi.
Aditya heads the India desk at Anglo Suisse Capital. He has been instrumental in advising several international companies on their entry strategy to India and divestitures to Indian companies and at the same time advising Indian state companies and private groups (buy side) on natural resource transactions including oil & gas/mining and other sectors.
Aditya holds a double Masters of Law from University of London and has lectured at Oxford University and published a book on Patent law. He is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
